UX Research Fundamentals

  • This workshop covers everything you need to know to be proficient at cognitive walkthroughs, a quick and efficient method for finding obvious problems in any UX design.

  • This workshop teaches you UI Tenets and Traps, a heuristic method that identifies and characterizes common problems with a user experience. Tenets describe attributes of good user interface design. Traps describe common, detectable problems that degrade good design. Eliminate traps and the customer experience improves.

  • This workshop covers the fundamentals of study design, setup, running a study, data analysis, and reporting. Contact us for a quote on a participatory study, where a usability expert helps you design, run, and analyze your own study.

  • This two-day workshop introduces the fundamentals of using an eye tracker to collect detailed information about where your customers are looking onscreen. This class includes an eye tracking machine for the students to keep.

  • We prime your team on how to do user research and then lead your team to gather data from real customers. We'll analyze it in a hands-on workshop, closing the week with specific recommendations and deliverable artifacts. Your team will learn AND get actionable output.
